Posting

Post Master

Automatically post Dynamics GP batches without a logged-in GP client.

Windows Service application · Version 16.x · Dynamics GP 2016 through 18.x

Developed by Envisage Software Solutions. Precipio Services is the North American reseller.

Post Master closes the last gap in an automated Dynamics GP process: posting. After an integration imports transactions and creates batches, Post Master posts them automatically — as a Windows Service, with no GP client running and no user license consumed.

Post Master is developed by Envisage Software Solutions. Precipio Services is the North American reseller and supports it directly.

The challenge

Posting Dynamics GP batches by hand is repetitive and ties up a user and a license. Integrations that import transactions still need someone to log in and post the resulting batches before the data shows up in inventory and the general ledger.

How Post Master helps

Post Master runs as a Windows Service and posts Dynamics GP batches automatically — on a schedule or as they arrive — with no GP client running and no user logged in. It does not use a Dynamics GP user license, restarts automatically after a server reboot, and can run multiple posting instances for high volume.
