This Privacy Policy explains what information Precipio Services collects through this website (precipioservices.com) and how it is used. Precipio Services is a small software business and keeps data collection to a minimum.
Information we collect
We only collect the information you choose to send us. When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, company (if you provide it), the topic you select, and the message you write.
We do not run advertising or marketing trackers on this site, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to read and reply to your message — for example, to answer a purchase, support, or partner question. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it except as needed to deliver your message (see “Service providers” below).
Service providers
To run the contact form, this site uses two third-party services:
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is submitted by a person rather than an automated script.
- Resend delivers the contact-form message to us by email.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may set security-related cookies and process limited technical data (such as your IP address) to protect the site and deliver it to you.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Any cookies present are limited to those needed for security and basic operation of the contact form.
Data retention
Contact-form messages are kept in email for as long as needed to handle your request and for ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete a message you sent.

To ask what information we hold about a message you sent, or to ask us to delete it, reach us through our contact form.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
